anyone have to do this yet? I just tried and cant get the original ones off. any help would be good.
thread an old #14 bolt in the shaft end and beat the hell out of it...it will go, slight press fit.

But theres a snap ring on the back of the bogie wheel. Do i need to take that off or can i get it off by putting enough pressure on it? because thats a hard place to put a set of snap ring pliers in.
no keep the snap ring on....the inner race is really tight on the shaft...do as I said and take an old suspension bolt and thread it in all the way...so you beat that old bolt and hit it with a steel hammer ...it will go

Second that, ...try'd Sled's trick and worked like a charm, ...you may want to replace the control rod bushings while your at it and don't forget your grease points.
