Fits: 00-03 MM, 03-05 SX Viper M. (Single pipe)
Gearing: 21/40
Track: 2" 141/144
Altitude: Low altitude
Target rpm: This set up should give 8450 rpm on the MM, est peak rpm on the Viper M is 8600 with this set up (Never actually tried it out on a Viper M)
But since the motors are pretty much the same in terms of performance, this should work.
Primary:
15,0 mm rollers
HC red spring
Heel: 5,2 grams, remove weight if you want higher engagement rpm. With 5,2 g in heel, expect it to engage at approx 4200 rpm.
PS! You might have to grind the heel washers. Make sure they do not contact the rollers when the clutch disengages!
Middle: Empty
Tip: "5,3" grams. One large bolt 4,3 grams and a 1 gram washer which is actually 0,8 grams. So the actual weight is 5,1 grams
Secondary
Hauck red secondary spring. It's a long spring.
44/38 or close to it. I used a Dalton.
Set it to 70 degree wrap
Finte tuning:
Performance will vary between sleds due to jetting, altitude etc. Viper M's might require 1-2 grams of additional weight in tip of weight.
