Viper 121 skid swap to Nytro153

I am planning on swapping Skid from a 02 viper with a 121 to a 153 from a 08 nytro. I have the nytro skid track and drives. any info on how this is done or certian tricks I should know would be greatly apreciated.

I replied in your other thread, but if the extrovert drivers are the stock Yamaha ones, throw them out and at least get a set of Wahl drivers. Avid are even better.

yes stock yamaha extroverts are terriable I spun mine on the shaaft the first ride all stock.

my concern wuld be the 3" pitch drivers ever clearing the bulkhead, regardless of brand, and the 2.25 lugs of the nitro track. correct me if im wrong, but you will be looking for 7t drivers and cutting down the track unless you drop and roll the chaincase.
