So what do you guys have on the go for mods to your rides this year?New/different skid, pipes, aftermarket shocks, paint, new skis?

I'm looking at getting the Pilot skis I bought last summer mounted finally as well as a set of drop brackets for the rear skid.If I can swing it I'd also like to repaint the cab and get decals from Redmater to dress it up more.

I pulled the Viper skid out of my SRX to swap rails. One side where the rear axle goes through is a little buggered up from not being tightened, then riden. Came that way used when I bought it but no biggy.

I'd like to paint the tunnel black to match the Venture/Viper front suspension but probably won't. Other than maybe a coolant temperature gauge I plan to ride as is.

big *** wheel kit for rear susspention mbrp stainless steel y pipe and muffler , timing advance kit , fuel air ratio monitor, blue printed chassi, 911 response kit, 68 gram heelclicker set up, machined and trued clutches, dynamically balanced all for my new 2010 mountain lite nytro which is actually arrivbed at my yami DEALER but still in the box

Im going to try to modify my stealth reverse setup in my SRX, as it is not working 100% the way I want. If I cant get it working right, removing the reverse all together, and going back to Dynoport exhaust. (no room with reverse chain case)

For the newly aquired Exciter SX, need to swap out the crappy steel skis, maybe track swap, add hand warmers and thumb (for the wife) and prolly hyfax

just got the radius rods powered coated last month. not much left too do on the viper. one of these days i plan on posting everything i did to mine to be able to drop $5K in a sled without touching the motor or exhaust.

The max4 has gotten painted red and black instead of the pink and purple it used to be. usi tunnelight skis. 3:16 clutching and overdrive sheave. a new hood, new seat. viper suspension, extended to 136. tunnel stripped and acid washed. apex flap. and led taillights.
Got about $1400 in it all together..

136 x 2", 2" drop brackets, Strap kit, MM bars, Rino lined radius rods & trailing arms & possibly some of the foot wells. Here's a few pics of how it sat this time last year (dusty as all heck).....

Sorry to thread jack, but did you do rail extensions to get to 136" or just swap out for a mountain max skid? Also what did you use for the drop brackets?

i'll be slightly hot rodding my new '01 srx.....porting, power inc pipes, modded airbox, head work, and clutch work. it will also get a new windshield and ohlins front shocks.

my viper will see a new blue chrome windshield and some clutch work again. also, i'll probably mod the airbox.

on my rev, it will get some porting and heavier pin weight.

Just bought a 00 SXR700... ran it for 15 seconds on teh trailer, then went out and bought bender pipes for it... :) I guess it already has a hauk stage 3 clutch kit...

looking for a Polaris edge 136 suspension and track to put in it... (if anyone knows someone)

Here is a pic of the one i just picked up for 1350!

This guy went to haydays the next day and was regretting his pricing... :)

Hauck Pipe, Hauck Clutch Kit, MPI Transfer Enhancement kit, plus various other parts i.e. skidplate, j-hooks, new carbides etc.

Random question here, but does the ski rubber mod tahts in the tech pages or whatever they are called actually work? When I get a piece of a belt about 1/4" thick and glue/screw onto the backend of the ski rubber. Does this help with the darting problem?

Rail extensions bought on here and my guy is working on some home made brackets. If he can't do it then CB

I am going with race porting, high compression heads 40mm mikuni flatslides & powerjets for the 944 and a full 2006 polaris 159" skid and a custom chromoly front end for the 2000 mountain max.

srx heads, carbon fiber windshield, apex hooked bars, taller 5 inch riser, 136 ripsaw
put cpr triple pipes on it last year and made reed spacers for it as well
parts that i am making myself-121 - 136 rail extension, billet 2 piece throttle block, tunnel extension, added 5" of foam to seat and sculpted it to work like a boss seat
