newbie needs a little help

Hey guys,
I have a '94 vmax 600 and have heard a ski-doo sc10II will bolt right in ?
It can't be that easy ,
Has anyone done this swap before ? What does it take to do it right ?

It will fit...but it doesn't bolt right in...that's all the help I am
