Ok so i picked up a 96vmax 600 last season and rode it around. On the sled it has graphics saying its a mountain max. well evidently the frame was weak and broke and it had some can issues with a hole and some fire. my uncle had a parts 95vmax 600 just sittin in the shop with a blown motor. the sled is in great condition and the motor is 120psi in both cylinders from the 96. so i threw it in swaped over some skis and got her running.
Im not a 100 percent sure but is the 96 mountain max a 136in track and the 95 a 121? if that is so can i swap out the skid from the mountain max and put it under the regular vmax? how difficult, ive never removed a skid completely so im not sure what im getting into.
