I have mine set up with a 151x2. I use heel clickers with the weight loaded in the heel(6-7g) and middle(3.3-5.3g). Green spring in the 2ndary and a 50ish/36 degree helix. I use 8 tooth anti ratchets geared to an overall ratio of 2.10 to 1. This is from 2000 to 5500feet. At 10000 feet I run only 3-4 grams in the heel with the rest of the arm empty.

144x2 here. 2-speed heelclickers in the flatland (can't remember the weight off hand, but most of it's in the heel), Team roller or a 50/36 with green spring, 8 tooth drivers geared 2.06 ratio. At 10000 I ran clickers with about 4 grams in the heel, team roller.
