Anyone know where to get replacement gas shocks for my Triton enclosure ? I tried a few local auto parts stores with no luck.
Any other ideas?
Thanks

several options.....the first would be to check with triton....they may still be under warranty, many times its 5 yrs. Next would be to look at the gas springs on your trailer, get the name ad part number off them, do a search onthe net for that company and buy direct, usually the cheapiest way. ===SRXSRULE===

or you can to to an RV store. They normally have lots of different types for their trailers, and other things. That is where I got mine for my fiberglass tonneu cover.
EDIT: just bring the old ones along to compare to the ones in the store.

Thanks for the info, guys. I tried the direct approach, no deal. Gonna try a Triton dealer out of NY.

I've replaced mine...I found out how many pounds of pressure whatever gas spring youre trying to replace was...and find a generic one with the same pressure...most of the springs are made by camloc for triton....camloc(which I think is now alcoa) wouldnt sell my specific shock to me directly....maybe they have yours?
