250 enticer year???

I just picked up a 250 enticer, needs rear suspension springs, and skis.
payed $25, Much happyness.
the problem is I dont know what year it is
tunnel # is 8G5-013832
any Ideas?

cant pinpoint it, but its 77-79, as 80 started with 8J5.

Skidoo has a couple of sights to look up vin#s, havn't beenable to for Yamaha
so thanks, it'll help looking for the suspension pieces.
