the roof is starting to leak on my enclosed trailer around the jionts and were the screws go through, does anyone know of a sealer i can install on the whole roof to keep it from leaking, someone told be you can use roof tar!! will that work or is there a better idea?

If your referring to a Cargo type trailer, the above post is correct. You can use any Elastomeric coating. Stay with white or aluminum colors as black can increase the internal temp quite a bit. Use a 1.25 inch roller cover to apply. Elastomerics are to be applied at 30 mils drying down to 10 mils or so, while your house hold paints are applied at 4 mils drying down to 1-3 mils depending on quality.
Prep is going to be key. Get that surface extremely clean prior to application.
