got 835 bender motor in 2001 srx 700. Is the after market cdi worth the money.
what rpm are you spinning the engine??

yea 7400 seems VERY low, even for a twin, and triples tend to spin faster...

It's worth the money as long as you have the pipes to go with it.

I think you can run an sx(r) box and do the same thing
only if your rpm is 8500 and higher

If you run an SX-R box you must pin the exhaust valves open.........SRXtreme

I'm sorry - I ment viper box. - we are running one on a 1000 price srx with power valves we added to the cylinders and it works great. we also added a t cat carb sensor to the 38mm carbs bored to 43mm because the rod is inverted and the t cat sensor runs the other direction.
