hey guys. i don't know much about setting up suspensions. i'm looking to setup my rear suspension and front suspension for my aggressive trail riding and occasional drag races on the local river. i weigh 140lbs w/o gear. any setup help or tips appreciated. thanks.

i forgot to add that i have the bender adjustable transfer rods on this thing too. they were on the sled when i bought it. any help on setting those up would be great too. i never used them before or adjusted them before.
For the pro action U can only do so much. You can dial it for more transfer for the strait lake shots, but got to dial it down for more ski pressure trail riding to avoid trees giving it gas out of the corners...

The best thing to do is replace all those worthless plastic bushings... They just plain suck.. Good for 800 miles with being well lubed..... Pull shocks and check for proper working order.;. rebuild if necessary.... Or replace skid all together,, cant wait to try my sc10III.....

Look at Bethvipers link somewhere around here for tightening up your suspension.I've been told that it makes a huge difference.
