Just wondering if anyone on here is planning on going to or entering the casco bay grass drags in maine? Im headed down there with my stock srx 700 and was looking for any pointers or advice. Any type of input would be appreciated!

First off have fun. Second pick up on what the big boys do and how they do it so it will help you at the informal drags on the lake and fields in the future. Look into the rules and make sure that you comply with them. If you need to have a teather make sure you have one installed. Dont be late to the starting line. Cuttin a good light will win a race. Its only cheating if you get caught . You will be up against F7's with race cdi's that are undetectable. Not many people around here ride BLUE sleds so its fun to beat up on the "belly button" sled ie everyone has one like skidoos. cats etc.... Do some research here using the search feature for drag set ups and you can make some adjustments to help you. Just dont forget most drags are won at the starting line a good light is a must.
