Skid Bearings. Metal-ZZ or Rubber Seals-2RS??

Which one is better for us?

I'm on the fence...

I can see the rubber deteriorating after a while leading to some grease seepage.

I can also see the metal seals getting oxidized depending on what they are made of.

Anyone have any experience?

Rubber seals by all means....the metal shields will let water in on the first ride... then they will freeze up... and then you will be walking.
