setup depends on what the sled is being used for. example, a sled for powder/mountain riding will require a different setup than a sled used for ice drags only.

ok, can you tell me more about that? why?
780 Clutching
y/w/y primary spring, 15mm rollers, 8dn-20's with 3.6 in tip & 2.4 in toward pivot, Hauck "V" helix (51/45) with a green spring at 60-70. This should be close to a good trail set-up. For drag racing change the secondary spring to a red at 60-80 degrees......the less twist the better for drag races.....just enough so you don't suck the belt off the line. This is almost the same set-up Mopar recently recommended for a stock Viper with SLP pipes but this is the set up I ran in my 780 viper with CPR pipes (same as hauck) at 9100 RPM's. Oh, as a side note, this set up is for the early Hauck pipes that were made by CPR....NOT for the later Hauck Aaen pipes.

Thanks, sounds great, It´s just the setting I have in the clutch now, just a silver sec. spring. And yes I have the cpr pipe´s
Secondary
You don't need that silver in the secondary. Your backshift will be awesome but your top end will suffer. The green will probably be a better all around spring for trail riding.
