I noticed while riding last year after i would hit the brake and then power on there was a bit if a clunking noise. I thought it was cog wheels ratcheting at first, but after inspection that was eliminated... Then i moved to the chain case thinking that it might be slipping there and causing the clunking feeling, wasnt it either.
Turns out that it was the disc brake, there is a woodruff key that has worn down allowing the disc to rotate on the shaft.
Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? or possibly have an extra key?

You can't fix that one but I'd bet someone on the list will come up with a spare from a parted out sled or just buy one from your dealer, they are only $3.50
