V viper 140 New member Joined Oct 10, 2006 Messages 8 Age 70 Location ct Oct 23, 2009 #1 how can one take out the "play" in the idler arm on the viper stock arm??? all the the play seams to be in the pivot area,, the arm has always be grease well ... i see sno-tek makes a idler arm but if i can improve the stock that fit my bill!!!

All you have to do is hit a snow chunk on a plowed road and a new one has play in it. I assume you are talking about the relay rod. Good luck tightening it up.
