installing a new helix on a 01 srx, its a stock red spring what numbers should the spring be in???

1,2,3 on the clutch body and 0,3,6,9 on the helix.

Some would say 6 and 1 or 6 and two but i dont want you to beat me on the canal this winter so go 6 and three!!!!!!!!!!!!

stock on your '01 srx, is holes 2-6, which is 80deg.

i think he should run a green secondary with that helix ????

yes i would say greeen secondary at 60 or 70 deg so 1 and 6 or 3 and 3. If you have a red spring I would try 90 or 80 deg just play with it.

It all depends on what your looking for whats your complete clutch set up .

everything in primary and secondary are stock, this is the first clutch upgrade that I have done. Just waiting for some snow and the lakes to freeze up to test it out!
I just want to be fast, fast as possible.
