Play in secondary?

How much in and out play is "normal" on the secondary? I have maybe a 1/16 in/out on the shaft. Is this acceptable? I did a search, but did not come up with a definite answer. The bolt is tight and it looks like there is a spacer washer in place. Sorry if this is a basic question.

ya thats normal for the secondary to have play so the belt always rides center ...when secondary opens
