anyone familiar with the yamaha carb cleaner? used it for years, worked incredibly well. it was a solvent based cleaner that you mixed 3-1 with gas. however, the new stuff you mix 2-1 with water. just doesnt seem to have the cleaning capabilities of the solvent based product. my question is, does anyone have a line on the solvent based product, perhaps under a different brand name, or maybe your local dealers have it still in stock? i sure would like to get some more. yamaha pt # acc-carbc-le-nr. used to come in a black plastic quart. new stuff is in a white quart.
dang, i was hoping you guys would be all over this one. heard evinrude had a similar product, but cant seem to find any info on it. still searching.

Because of environmental regulations, the old carb cleaners that worked well are all gone. It would be good to know what works the best of the new ones.
thanks meat. inquired with both companies. second link is the product i was looking for. dont know if you guys have ever used this, but it works awesome. never used it on the sleds, but the bikes and wheelers with single carbs. will let you know what i find out.
