Anyone know how much longer the Mtn Viper cables are than the stock MM cables? And can I order them as a kit? Thanks.

they are at least 4" longer, if not 6". been awhile since i changed any out. not a kit, oil and throttle cables are separate. look for the ones from an 03 mtn viper.04 and up will not interchange. check out richmotorsports here first(site sponsor).

Thanks, so how much more of a rise does that allow?

i used them on an srx and added over 8" rise from stock. you will need a longer brake line as well. what sled are trying to rise?

02 MM, going from a 2" riser to at least a 4", maybe more. I will be able to get a brake line made up, so that isn't a real big deal. How much did the stock cables cost you? Would I just be better off with aftermarket cables?

stockers were/are around $18 for throttle, $20 plus for oil. as cheap or cheaper than aftermarket with the added pleasure of yamaha quality.

Then I think I might as well go with the RSI cables, anyone know if they are any good?

Cables

Just installed a set on my 01 mm , worked out great. I have plenty of length to reroute everything.

Does anyone know how much rise the RSI cables can accommodate, With stock MM bars? I need to have these bars as high as possible.
