I recently picked up one of these bad boys and I cannot figure out what year it is. The ID plate is so faded I cannot make anything out. Any ideas?

Does anyone know where I can find a diaphragm carb kit for a mikuni. The numbers on the carb are 88100. The OEM # is 899-14101-00-00. As far as I know it's the same as a GP300. Any help would be appreciated.
