I finally got my Ripsaw in for SRX 700, i will installing next week, i have read in other posts that Yamaha track tension is too tight cause extra slider wear, what are you guy running, are you using weight scale to pull track, etc......ideas.......comments......advice on setting up this track........Reaper

If you're not running studs, set it to about .5" sag at rest and fine tune from there. With studs, you don't want it to ratchet at all, major damage can occur!

No studs, you will be suprised how loose you can run a track. You'll probabl ratchet more during braking, unless the snow is very set up. Good luck!

Track Tension

You can slack the track off till it rachets, then tighten up a 1/2 turn at a time till it doesn't rachet. My srx is studed and the track has about 1 inch of free sag
