I am looking for some help with the clutching for my Viper.
I've spent the past few nights reading the forum and going through the clutching setups on the tech pages.
I have a Bender 52/40 helix and an Dalton ( IIRC) 50/40 helix.
I will be running Bender pipes and heelclickers along with ported heads, 8T Extroverts 144" track, and 23/38 gearing.
IIRC the optimal RPM for the Benders is ~8800 RPM.
From what i've read the Red heelclicker primary spring seems like the ticket, and maybe the green secondary spring.
Seems like most people are running 4.8-6g in the 3-4g in the tip.
That's about where this similarities stop...
I understand that every sled will be a little different, so I am just looking for some starting pointers and also if I should use the 52/40 or 50/40 helix?
Thanks everyone!
