Yes, you can. (my opinion of course)
I rode for yrs with my hauck growlers and not ever questioned from the wardens.
I am looking for a set again b/c I miis them!

You can run one but be prepared to get stopped by the O.P.P. if they think your machine is to loud and they check for anything that is not stock it's fine time. It states in the snowmobile legislation that the stock exhuast can not be altered. Some people get away with it, some people don't, it all depends on the officer.
As a warden that has worked with both STOP and OPP I can tell you for sure that it is not legal. You do so at your own risk and you will be fined.
That can adds nothing other than sound to the Viper (zero HP gain) so why run it? Stay stock and keep the trails open.

Legaly ....no.....way up north with not to many towns or larger citys maybie.Southern ontario forget it.
cool I won't be running the can on the trails, guess I will have to buy a stock muffler. Just bought the sled and it didnt come with the stock muffler. Oh well its only $$$$$$$$ guess I will have buy a stock muffler for it!
go on ebay as there is usually a viper getting parted out.
