i have seen somewhere clutch weights that have a swivel weight on the end so when the clutch spins faster the weight opens out farther and acts as a heavier weight on top and and lighter weight on bottom end. better top speed but with still a good bottom end, best of both worlds, problem is i can't seem to find these anywere. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like Heel Clicker hammer time weights from Super Torquer.
There have been many reports of trouble with them, you may want to research them a bit. I do know that they have released a new version that might overcome some of the problems.

Early article in November 2003 of SnowTech. I would advise getting more recent info on them as well.

supertorquer clutch kits, good-bad?
i must have not had their current web page because when i refreshed the page a new looking one came up and they said they have updated the heel clicker hammertime to a durable billet kit. anybody try supertorquer for any clutch setups?

they are in the new snowtech. they are now called two speed clutch weights. i think he is trying to get away from the hammer time name as they had many problems. the new ones are all billet steel with stronger pins.
