Your long travel doesn't look like the same height as mine My 98 appears higher with the viper suspension Did you measure from ground to the bottom of the bumper? I like the lightning stickers on your hood! Where did you get them? are they the same ones from the apex?

yeah i measured it kirk, the rear bumper to ground is 21.5 " off the ground. the rear suspension sags 2.25" if measuring when the track first contacts and then again after the weight of the sled is there and the suspension was jounced a few times.

Looks good man, a yamaha owner always has lots of pride in their sleds! Im thinkin about gettin apex graphic flames for mine I think the blue and white flames sets it off great!

thanks kirk, i had been thinking about having my body shop repaint the hood though, i think solid blue with ghost flames would be better, some minor scratches and what not that i can't buff out. been more concerned with the suspension this year. i would like to keep the teeth in my head this year.

Have any vid of it with the stingers on it. I just bought one for my buddy and we can't wate to see how it sounds.

no videos, but i can promise they are LOUD. sounds great, sounds mean. too loud. i have mine off, going to sell them and put a stock can back on it.

thanks linemech31, even though the previous owner did some of the stuff i have done what i can on a limited budget to make this sled my own.

the current flames? not my cup of tea either, bought it that way, lose the stickers, repaint with some ghost flames, that would look cooler i think
