I was thinking about washing the lining of my Snoforce helmet and seeings how it isn't removable per say like the newer helmets what would be the best course of action here.I thought about soaking it in the tub with detergent or spray cleaner on the lining but worry about water getting into somewhere and causing mold or mildew to form before it has a chance to completely dry out. What kind of things have you guys done to freshen up your lids?

There is a product that you spray on, and vacuum off. I just can't remember the name. It is similar to upholstery cleaner, but not quite so strong.

Something like Helmet Fresh . . .

I wash mine in the kitchen sink with some shampoo. Rinse it out a bunch of times & squeeze out as much excess water as you can. Then set it off to the side to dry for a few days. I've been doing this for a few years with both my motorcycle & snowmobile helmets & it seems to work fine.
