looks like it would based on part numbers....just have to watch the lining kit that is on it for contact points

had the vmax 4 hood on the vmax 600, but it was 2 inches longer on the front i was going to leave it , but was scared wind would catch it at high speeds than it would be a big mess so i took it off. i love the two big vents on the vmax 4
