thought I'd enjoy the nice weather today and service the skids on my sleds outdoors... changed a bearing for an extreme rear (large idler) but the circlip slipped off the pliers and went straight to the moon.. Anyone know a Yamaha part number? Can't find it.. 2002 MM (Proaction).. tj

I think that Yamaha only lists the entire wheel/bearing assembly so you won't find a part number for the clip. They don't even list the bearing separately. By the way, we call them juicy clips....juicy where that went?

It is a simple internal snap ring. Yamaha obviously does not make these, but simply packages these standard hardware parts. Just visit the hardware store of your choice. I have the size logged at home, but don't know it off the top of my head.

Thats Funny! We call them Jesus Clips.... Bing...Jesus where the heck did that thing go?

I swept a 40 foot perimeter with a sweep magnet, but, no luck... it's laying in the grass looking up at me somewhere... stopped at a dealer on the way home, she came out with a clip in a Yamaha package.. part number is 99009-42500... looks like the one that launched?... she couldn't explain why it's not on the fiche?? thanks tj...

Some expensive packaging I bet.

What did you give for it?

in a Yamaha package with their own authentic part number was $1.33 CAD... I couldn't believe it??? But then again, I couldn't believe the $24.95 per slider for my MM... They just keep going up... She claimed they are the "High Performance Hifax"... I burn them up just like I do the cheap ones...

thanks all..

tj..

note: I updated part number above as she gave me the wrong clip the first time)...
