Looks like I'm finally going 4 stroke with an 07 Attak Gt. It does not have rear spring update and want some feedback to know if it should be done. I'm about 220 lbs, but dealer said he can just set preload different? I know this isn't 4 stk forum, but may get more hits over here...

From my own personal experience with the stock skid springs unless you weigh in the neighborhood of 180-200lbs you need a stiffer spring to get the best ride.The 4 strokes guys will tell you anyway but the Apex's tended to come with relatively weak springs,when your talking about riders that weigh 200 plus.
