The local gangbangers have taken up using HUDSON SPRAYERS to SPRAYPAINT their gang names TWENTY FEET HIGH AND TWENTY FEET WIDE on the sides of businesses and peoples homes here in Chicago lately... I am wondering just WHAT the POLICE are going to do when they see a local GANGBANGER walking around with a HUDSON SPRAYER instead of a can of spraypaint???? BTW,, it is ILLEGAL to SELL spraypaint in the city of Chicago and also ILLEGAL to sell spraypaint to anyone UNDER the age of EIGHTEEN in the neighboring suburbs!!!! These gangbangers are REALLY THINKING nowdays....

Well, the obvious thing to do is to outlaw Hudson sprayers. What is a Hudson sprayer? Is it by definition ugly? Can it be illegally converted to spray in full auto mode? Does it have a pistol grip or can it accomodate a flash suppressor? Surely they're of no use to the average citizen and are designed specifally for grafitti.
I say ban them all!! I mean come on, look at the success of handgun bans within the city limits. And while we're at it, I suggest a ban on construction lumber.
Maybe a one sprayer a month law or five day waiting period. After all, it's for the chilern.

we don't have to take all the crap the world has to offer much longer.Dec 21 2012 is almost here.A new age is coming..we need a change soon.The world is one big garbage dump now.A cleansing is needed soon or else we all go down for the count.Respect is gone and times of change is coming..but may not be for the better.In the last few years out our way,gangers are on the increase,stabbings,shootings,muggings,home invasions and car jacking are high on the list.We may not be a large city,but we are the Murder Capital of Canada again...sure makes me PROUD OF THE HUMAN RACE.You couldn't force me to live in the city,love the quietness of country living.And if it changes out here,my buddy 303 is locked and loaded.Try and spray some grafitti on my house.Touch my sleds and it is WAR!!!!..LOL

what is a Hudson sprayer? Is it an airless pressure gun? I would be pissed if someone sprayed graffity on my shop wall or house. One more reason to avoid the large city's. Good Luck with the problem children Al

If I was to choose which city to visit, Detroit, New York, LA, or Chicago, I would definatly choose Chicago. It is the classiest of all. I would not want to live in any large metropolitan area but I do have many customers who come from Chicago and Detroit. The Guys from Chicago are much friendlier and free with their money. Al
ANOTHER GREAT POST!!!! HUDSON sprayers are used for spraying patio decks with stain, for spraying pesticides and for spraying weed killers (roundup) They also use it to spray concrete with this milky white stuff to cure freshly laid concrete... The Gangbangers fill it up with HOUSEPAINT,, (you still can buy gallons of housepaint) and SPRAY AWAY.. It's relatively new around here...
