srx long travel suspension

I am selling my 08 nytro rtx to buy a 02 srx. Read threads on long travel suspension out of mxz chassis. I have 2 questions. 1 has anyone used a c036 rear suspension out of 06-07 rev as it has lower ride height? 2 what is the shock length of the viper ft shocks and has anyone tried a set of fox floats on the srx. If so what did the shocks come out of and how were the results. I had a 02 viper before and loved it but went for the rider forward design of the rev and nytro. I dont ride as much now but love the srx. Thought with the extra travel it might not be as much as a transition going back to the old sit down style. Any input very appreciated!
 
That was one of the threads i was looking at. I see it is on a viper but how about on a srx. Have any of you put floats on the front of the srx. Seems like all the floats off other sleds are usually 16 - 19 inches and would be too long. Any ideas?
 
you'd do the same thing you do to put viper shocks on the srx do a search you'll find plenty of info, but basically the shocks end up coming up through the bellypan, i think it was snomofo that recently had pics up of his, nice clean job, looks almost factory when done right
