so how much traction is that xt going to provide in 2 years from now?

A friend of mine has an original Ice Attak on his old Poo XCR 440/Rotax 670 HO Mod and it's stayed in one piece, so I imagine the new ones will be fine providing common sense is used....like not spinning the track on pavement etc...

So a Big THANKS going out to Rich at richmotorsports.com for all the help with my studding project!

For those who are going to stud, this is not as hard as I thought it would be. 144 studs in a little over 3 hours. One thing I would recommend (and this was from a friend of mine) is to remove the snow flap before you start. The extra working area is VERY helpful.

BTW: The track is a stock Yokohama / Yamaha (stamped right on the track are BOTH names!)

Pictures of before and after!

Thanks again!
Dave

I now run a non studded ripsaw... so much more traction... but I'm not an ice ride...I stay where there is snow.
