V max 4 Question

Hey i jus baught a 1994 Vmx 750 Now the seat is alot shorter than the tunnel is this a long track it doesnt seem to be realy long but hard to tell unless i put it up against another v max , Kind of a stupid question but i have no idea about this one

Ok here is a pic of the sled its not a very good one of the side but the second picture is one identical to it Got a realy good deal on it , got it for 1100 Canadian runs and its mint And what would be the length of this track compared to others

First year for the Vmax4 ST. Little lower gearing and 136" track was considered a mountain sled. Sled looks like it's in good shape. Go to vmax4.com and you'll should find any info you need. Here is a approxement count of how many where made in 94 going off of owner supplied vin numbers.
1994ST: 8BX-000101 To 000262= 161
 
Ok thank you very much This sled still have good pick up and top end ? And mine is # 183

Yes The First pic is my 94 750 ST I just put the other pic of the 95 so you can see what the back end of mine was like , Whats top end like in these machines ? and what should a Sled be worth like this seemed like a good deal at 1100
 
my ´96 ST 800 runs 1000 SDI renegades down all day long. Also new 4-strokes have (Apex) have tough job beating theese. Compared to my ´07 Warrior GT I think my Vmax4 runs faster.

BUT the 4-stroke runs on half less fuel...

What's done to your V4?
 
Gearing and clutching on your ST 136 model will be different from a short track 121 of the same year. I would put the taller gears and a clutch kit in it and run it the way it is. I would also check the jetting in the carbs and jet it for sea level if that is where you will be riding.

Call Scott Bergstom and get a set of his ski savers. They will reduce ski wear and go down the trail much better then the hunk of metal sliding in the snow and save the bottom of the skis. Also will help in steering.

Engine is stock, but clucthing and jetting are different. + lots of time went to replacing bearings in the skid, drive axles and alligning to skid. In other words reducing rolling resistance.

Dont jet your v4 too lean, engine will burn down. Ikes v4 is with stock jets because long speed runs require fuel to give max output and then sparks are coffee brown. If engine is lean sparks are grey and hp is down
