SLP flow rites any benefit to piped srx?

98 srx 700 jetting is up two sizes from stock for pipes , running Aaens thinking of adding two slp flow rites , or bender cold air is there any gains from either of these mods ? other then that boyseen power reeds are all thats different from stock.

The only benefit to the flow rites is when you seal off all under hood air to airbox and fun those you will not get the dreaded powder bog!! But no real performance gains.

When I added my flo-rites, my peak rpm's went up about 400rpm. What would cause that, other than a hp increase? I went from 3.1 grams inner and empty outer to adding 3.1 grams in the outer also, now rpms are right again. I was with Riverrunner on the added performance, and laughed when I read that they will "add half again more air flow". I installed mine strictly battling the powder bog. My eyebrows definitely raised when I saw the higher rpm's.
