700 or 600 srx heads???

Iam do ing my motor over and Iam doing the base gasket mod and getting a set off heads milled.Would there be any advatage getting my 600 heads milled and putting those on my 700 srx motor or should I just mill my 700 ones and put them back on?? And also I have been told to use 3 gaskets and I have been told to use 2 gaskets .What do you think 2 or 3??

From what I understand, most guys have their heads cut .030 and use a total of 3 base gaskets. I've never heard of anyone using only two.
