E3 Diamond fire plugs?

What do you guys think about E3 Diamond Fire spark plugs? Are they as good as advertised? Another question, how do I look at my plugs to see if I'm running to lean? I'm still not 100% sure on that yet.

haven't used them but i put on 8000mi on ngk fine wire plugs before i changed them out

Yeah I know that a nice card board brown color is good but where on the plug do I look? On the electrode?
