I lost one of this

from the Powervalve socket
I saw that some oil are coming from this little hole.. Do i really need to replace the one i did lost?? IT dont seem to do anything more than help puting the valve cover in place
Why they did make it removable ?!?!? money??

can't be very important they didnt put them on 98-99 ..make sure it didnt fall into the cylinder
