wen the choke is applied to start the machine and then released it sticks a lil bit(1/8 '') ! how do i fix this prob ?

try cleaning all the choke linkage at the carb rack and lube with a light oil, have you gone through tha carbs completely, also make sure your choke cable is adjusted properly

There is a small hole on the front of each carb that the choke rod passes through. Spray a penetrating oil in each hole in the aluminum casting. Also spray the pivot screw that the choke cable attaches to. Spray each of the brass choke rods on the left side of each carb. Work the choke lever multiple times and it will work freely. Just did this on two other sleds.
Use something like JB-80 that will stay on it for a while. WD-40 will dry out and be gone in a short while.
