I have installed a 1in. Hacksaw track with 144 1.175 woodys studs,will these be too much penetration,or will i be ok?

Yeah definately inadequate elsewhere!! But my wife doesn't complain!

No doubt!! Mine thinks a toothpick is 5 " LOL good thing she isn't a carpenter!!!

I think they're .100" longer than recommended as far as possible contact with the rear HX. As for penetration, they're actually just about right for extention beyond the lugs or perhaps just a tad short.
You'll want to keep an eye on track tention checking it after 50-100 miles and re-adjusting and keeping it on the tighter side of spec if you start to see nicks in the HX or tunnel.
