Hand and thumb warmers on a SnoScoot?

I did a search and didn't come up with much. I want to put hand and thumb warmers on my kids Snoscoot. Will the lighting coil handle the additional load? Also, which wires should I splice into for the hot and ground?

It would probably handle it tom but lights will suffer at idle/lower r's i bet, im sure it doesnt have a very srtong mag on it.

Yes you can put hot grips on. On kick start only Scoot tap into BLUE wire by cdi unit under the shroud. Use the blue wire from the blue and green two wire connector. You can just ground to frame. Make sure grip wires are not in way of throttle or brake lever. When putting resitor on, I put in between a piece of split rubber hose and the frame with tie wraps. The rubber will keep resitor from breaking.
