700 mm oil pump settings

Put three inch. riser on my 00' 700 mm along with new cables end of last season. Cables purchased do not have the center inline adjustment like oem so all adjustment has to be done at the pump end of the cable. Running through almost a tank of oil to tank fuel now! Is there a way to know where the oil pump arm shout be at idle or wot?
