Need SS 440 Carb....What else fits?

The carb on my SS 440 is locked up tight. I have soaked it for days and butterfly still won't budge. Are there other engines that use the same carb with different calibration? SRV 540 the same carb? Also I found a good price on a xlv 540 carb, will that work if tuned to my 440 specs?

I will also take tips on other ways to free this one up.
