This is at about 5000rpm, so probably the needle circuit. I think I need to richen it up here, what does everyone think. Keep in mind these are used plugs, hence the build up on them.
Pic 1 is clutch side
Pic 2 is mag side
Pic 3 is middle (it's a lil more brown than the pic shows, but you get the idea)
(Do a mouseover the pics and it will tell you too)

i'd agree, should be darker a little farther up the strap, the buildup is kind of making it hard to tell though

Haven't had a chance to look at pistons. Just put on Speedwerx pipes. Jetted at 162.5, 47.5 pilots, 4.0 needle, 2 1/4 on the air/fuel screw.
It's 20F out and I want this good down to about -10F to -15F.

1# (center elctrode)on a trail sled you want to see it just silver on the outside edge all away around,,and with a darker to black center(core) on it.
2# (the porcelin)you want a nice light to darkish brown but not black
3#(the ground strap)you want it burnt halfway back is about right

Thanks Daman, that's kind of what I thought after reading one of mrviper's threads on here. I need to do some more testing, but the middle cylinder is lighter than the other too. I'll just see how it goes.

Will do, have to try and find the flexible light we have, but I don't have time to check it today, so the sled is gonna be parked. Gonna ride my 97 SX instead, it's snowin out right now.

Plugs look safe to me. Here is a link to a site with pictures of many different plugs conditions.

Put some new plugs in it then check them. They will be much easier to read.
