I asked this question before and searched the site, but I never did get an answer. If you remove/replace one cylinder and piston, do you need to remove all 3 and put a new base gasket on, or can you re-use the old one?
If it's anything like a head gasket on a car, I would guess no, but if it is undamaged in the removal, it would be nice to not have to remove all three cylinders/pipes etc.

Base gaskets can be reused,some use copper gasket tack spray,turqe to spec
Removed mine yesterday and found antifreeze in the case so I'll be changing it. But in my case at least two of the cylinders had already been lifted once before. My gasket is stainless with a coat of rubber sprayed on each side and there are many places where the rubber had lifted off, so I'd say if you can see metal on your gasket spend the $30.00 and save the headaches. m2c..
