Help with electric sheild.

I just bought a left over viper s and was wondering if anyone could tell me the best place to wire in my plug for my electric shield for my helmet?

Wire the heated shield into any 12v wire. Some people go under their seat to the tail light wire, some use the hand warmer wire, some use others. Use a multimeter to test convenient wires, and pick your favorite one.

i used a wire under my handlebar pad. i think it was blue w/ white stripe. you might want to test it first.

I took apart a plug under my handlebar pad and soldered directly to the back of the pins to create protected connections

blue wire at the light switch is 12v regulated

Thanks guys,i wired it up today.I ended up using the blue wire with the white stripe under the handle bar pad which seems to go to the hi/lo beam switch.Seems to work fine.
