2000 SRX 700 power valve gasket is leaking. Looks like it's spitting exhaust from the top of the gasket. This is the outermost gasket and secured by the two allen bolts. Part #SKU: 8DF-11397-00-00. The main gasket to the cylinder head is good and valves were cleaned not too long ago.
Does the entire PV need to be disconnected to replace this gasket or can I replace the gasket by removing the two allen bolts.
I couldn't seem to find anything on TY related to this gasket. Thanks

You will need to disconnect the valve from the cable to replace that gasket. It is easy, just do one side at a time and take your time.

Thanks - I assume I'll need to loosen cable from the servo control too in order to remove valve from cable or can i just remove valve from cable once I remove from cylinder? I'm trying my best not to screw up the PV cable settings. I have service manual but my past experience is there are better shortcuts than going step by step.
