I asked about over rev the other day and got alot of helpful info. How far out on the sheaves of the primary should the belt run. I can see where the belt has ran and shined it up but its 3/8 inch from the outside. If its supposed to run out farther this would probably explain my over-rev since everything is stock and nothing else has been changed. sled is 2002 viper. clutches are clean as a pin.

Vipers were notorious for over-revving with factory set-up. Depending on how much it's over, you'll need to add heavier rivets in the primary arms.
