Any ideas on who makes the best in terms of space and quality of product guys? I am wanting to put one on my 00 MM....

I don't know my brand off hand but have one on my 99' and 00' 700 mms. The 99" dash is slightly different giving you more space and room for the bag to expand. If I had to do it over again I would not buy one for my 00". Enough room for registration, extra key, or something small that you never hardly ever need to access. Get more use out of a high quality handle bar bag or tank bag. Found nice tank bag on ebay that covered whole tank with map pocket and two other compartments in front of either knee. Has a cut out for gas lid to stick through. Low, sleek, easy access, and more room for junk. Hope this helps.
